FORMĚS is committed to respecting privacy and protecting personal data in accordance with applicable requirements, including the Oman Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree 6/2022, as amended by Royal Decree 68/2026, and its Executive Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision 34/2024, as applicable.

Website submissions and explicit consent
For personal data intentionally submitted through the public technical-enquiry, prequalification and career-interest forms, FORMĚS LLC acts as the controller for the stated business purpose. Before a submission is transmitted, the form requests explicit consent in clear language and provides the contact mechanism for the Personal Data Protection Officer.
FORMĚS uses Wix Forms as a service provider for form transmission and storage. Website-form data may therefore be processed using infrastructure or service operations outside Oman. Where an international transfer requires consent, safeguards or another condition under applicable law, FORMĚS applies the required condition before relying on that transfer.
Consent to process an enquiry or career-interest submission is not consent to receive commercial marketing. Marketing consent, where relevant, is requested separately.
Data security measures
FORMĚS describes technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including:

- Staff awareness and training relating to data protection
- Secure data storage and transmission measures

Data retention

Operational backup or recovery copies are handled under controlled retention and deletion processes.

Exercising your rights
To make a privacy enquiry, withdraw consent or exercise an applicable right, contact the Personal Data Protection Officer at data.privacy@formessolutions.com. FORMĚS may request sufficient information to identify the request and respond securely. Applicable rights also include the right to complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology in accordance with the procedures and time limits established by the Oman personal-data-protection framework.
Automated processing
Public website form submissions are designed for human review and response and are not intended to make solely automated decisions about the submitter. If FORMĚS uses automated processing in a context to which the statutory right applies, appropriate privacy and confidentiality measures are required and an objection to an automated decision must be capable of human review.
Children’s personal data
The public business-enquiry and prequalification forms are not directed to children. FORMĚS does not intentionally request children’s personal data through those forms. Where processing of a child’s personal data is necessary in another context, the specific controls and authorization requirements under applicable law and regulation apply.
Changes to this policy
FORMĚS may amend this Privacy Policy when necessary. Changes are published on this page so users can remain informed about how personal information is collected, used and disclosed.
